Job Description: The Borough of Deal is seeking a candidate with significant Municipal Administration experience. The duties will include but not limited to: overseeing day-to-day operations of all departments, hiring staff members, leading department meetings, negotiate contracts, preparation and implementation of municipal budget, including tracking project expenditures, facilitate communications between various municipal departments, implement new policies/ procedures, oversee and manage grants, respond to citizen requests and complaints, as well as Borough personnel. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in municipal government administration with 5 years of supervisory experience.
