Submission of Application
- Please make sure the entire application is filled out completely and truthfully. Any misrepresentations, falsifications or deliberate omissions may be cause for non-selection.
- Use the on-line application process to submit your application and requested attachments. Applications submitted via mail or email will not be accepted.
Please have the following documents ready to attach to your application before you begin:
*Interview Process Steps (Thursday, July 25, 2024):
- 1st Interview: Interview with two of our Lieutenants or Sergeants (20/30 minutes)
- If you pass the 1st interview, you will take a Personal Evaluation Profile (PEP) test (20/25 minutes)
- After the PEP test, there will be a mini background completed by one of our Investigators (20/30 minutes)
- If you pass the mini background, you will have a 2nd interview with our Command Staff (20/30 minutes)
- If you pass the entire hiring process, you will return for one last interview with our Police Commission on Wednesday, August 7, 2024.
*If you continue through the entire process during the day, you could be at the Neenah Police Department for up to two hours or more. There also could be some down time between steps.
Next Steps:
Conditional Offers of Employment are based on the successful completion of:
- Comprehensive Background Check
- Medical/Physical Exam including drug testing and vision screening
- Psychological Exam
- Polygraph (related to truthfulness and drug usage)
