Responsibilities:

• Patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect criminal activity.

Typical Qualifications

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
• Active Texas Peace Officer License (TCOLE)
• Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish)
• Additional training or certifications in areas such as crisis intervention, community policing, or de-escalation techniques
• Minimum of 3 years of patrol experience
